Q : What does it costs to submit a loan application?
A : Nothing. You can submit a loan application and become pre-approved for a loan without incurring any upfront charges. When you decide to proceed, fees may be charged to process and settle your loan.

Q : Do I need to pick the property I want to buy before I submit an application?
A : No, it's not necessary. We generally pre-qualify applicants in part to determine the maximum purchase price they can afford before they meet with the real estate agent. Most people prefer this option as it helps to narrow their search for a new home.

Q : After I submit an application what happens next?
A : Once your application is submitted, one of our Loan Officers will be immediately assigned to your account and will be calling you with information concerning your loan.

Q : Does Midwest Home make loans in all of Illinois?
